The Times' bombshell report of Trump's tax indiscretions was published nearly a year ago.

The lawsuit, first obtained by The Daily Beast and filed Tuesday in Dutchess County, claims that the Times coerced Mary Trump to “smuggle records out of her attorney’s office and turn them over to The Times” -- despite signing a confidentiality agreement in 2001.

It was all part of an "insidious plot to obtain confidential and highly-sensitive records," according to the lawsuit.

Reps for the Times or Trump have yet to comment on the lawsuit.

Mary Trump didn't mince words, telling The Daily Beast, "I think he is a f****** loser, and he is going to throw anything against the wall he can. It’s desperation. The walls are closing in and he is throwing anything against the wall that will stick. As is always the case with Donald, he’ll try and change the subject.”

So what does Trump want? There is no figure cited, but it should be "an amount to be determined at trial, but believed to be no less than One Hundred Million Dollars” from both Mary Trump and the Times.
