NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- President Trump will have a "safe return to public engagements" as early as Saturday, his physician Dr. Sean Conley said in a memo released by the White House Thursday night.
"Since returning home, his physical exam has remained stable and devoid of any indications to suggest progression of illness," Dr. Conley wrote in the memo. "Overall he's responded extremely well to treatment, without evidence on examination of adverse therapeutic effects."
Dr. Conley continued, "Saturday will be day 10 since Thursday's diagnosis, and based on the trajectory of advanced diagnostics the team has been conducting, I fully anticipate the President's safe return to public engagements at that time."
Dr. Conley also provided a snapshot of the president's vitals, taken Thursday afternoon: heart rate (69 beats/min), blood pressure (127/81 mmHg), respiratory rate (15-17 breaths/min) and pulse oximetry (96% to 98% room air).
