Paulina Porizkova is continuing to share personal details of her ongoing struggle with self-acceptance and finding inner peace.
The 56-year-old model took to Instagram to share a video of herself using “tapping therapy" to improve her mental health.

In the video, Porizkova bares a make-up free look as she uses her fingers to tap the top of her head, cheeks, temple, lips, chest and armpit.
“I’m feeling sad. I’m feeling hurt. I’m feeling rejected. I feel dumped,” Porizkova says while fighting back tears to a remote therapist.
As the video of her therapy session continues, Porizkova repeats after her instructor saying: “Part of me is asking what did I do wrong? What’s wrong with me? Why don’t they want me anymore? What’s wrong with me? And I chose to clear this thought.”
She continues: “There may be things that I did that help end the relationship, but it’s not that there’s something wrong. I may not have been right for that person. But if I’m not right for that person, then they are not right for me.”
Porizkova explained how the “tapping” therapy works in the caption of the video.
“On a more serious note, tapping is something I discovered about a year ago when I was truly drowning. And though I tend to be a skeptic, I had nothing to lose but 5 or so minutes staring at YouTube.
The supermodel continued, "And the weird thing is: it works. It actually works. It’s a little of a quick fix, your problems will of course all flood back, but you can do this as much as you want and there are no side effects. Here I’m tapping with Dr Brad on YouTube.”
The tapping technique, also known as ETF, is a healing method "based on the combined principles of ancient Chinese acupressure and modern psychology," according to the Tapping Solution website.
Earlier this month, the star embraced her transparency and honesty once again with a melancholic selfie. In the photo, Porizkova could be seen lounging on the couch in a casual robe with a fresh face and undone hair.
In the caption, she detailed an encounter she had with a fan who was inspired by her mission to destroy the stigma against aging in women.
