PITTSBURGH (93.7 The Fan) -- In a series of tweets overnight Wednesday, former Pittsburgh Steelers running back Rashard Mendenhall said that he "seriously feels" for Antonio Brown.
Mendenhall openly wondered why Brown, a fierce competitor, missed the Week 17 game against the Cincinnati Bengals this past season.
Mendenhall then responded to a tweet asking what would make a player quit on his team by claiming that Steelers quarterback Ben Roethlisberger is racist.
Mendenhall spent five seasons in Pittsburgh from 2008-12, all of them with Roethlisberger. In three of those seasons (2010-12), Antonio Brown was also on the roster.
