
PLACER COUNTY, Calif. (KNX) – Three people were arrested after Placer County deputies went to serve a search warrant to a residence that was filled with filth.
On Feb. 19, deputies went to serve a warrant in Foresthill when they went inside and “found a room full of syringes, dozens of used pieces of tin foil with heroin residue, marijuana, and smoking pipes in plain view.”
Feces, urine, garbage, and moldy food were also found inside the house, as well as stolen cars and trailers outside the house.
Deputies discovered two children lived in the home.
Deputies arrested 59-year-old John Atchley and 26-year-old Terrance Atchley for child endangerment, while 39-year-old Daniel Pierce was arrested for possession of a stolen vehicle, being a convicted felon in possession of ammunition. Pierce and Terrance Atchley were also arrested on their felony warrants while Atchley was also arrested for possession of stolen vehicle.
