ANAHEIM, Calif. (KNX) – The hangout for Disneyland Magic Key passholders is getting a makeover.

Walt Disney Imagineers and Disneyland crews started work on the renovation of the Magic Key Terrace on Monday, the Orange County Register reported. The Club 33-style hangout will be located at Disney California Adventure.

The Magic Key Terrace will serve as a “private, members-only hang out.”

“When we started our Magic Key program, the park decided that it would be a really great thing to have a location for them that they could call their own, kind of like Club 33 has their own location,” Walt Disney Imagineering’s Kim Irvine said during an interview. “Now the Magic Key members have the same thing which is really wonderful.”

During renovations, sections will be closed off and capacity in the clubhouse will be reduced.

Renovations are expected to be completed by the spring.
