Rocklin officer uncovers 'large' amount of drugs believed to be fentanyl during probation search

ROCKLIN, Calif. (KNX) – An officer in Rocklin uncovered a large amount of "suspected" fentanyl during a probation search Monday.

A night shift officer was conducting a check when he came upon a car where two of three people inside were on “searchable probation for various violations”, the department said.

During a search, the officer found drugs and evidence of drug sales.

On a photo posted by the department, the bag of suspected fentanyl weighed approximately 57.871 grams.

All three people were arrested. Their identities are unknown at this time.
