SAN DIEGO, Calif. (KNX) – Seven people were hospitalized following a house fire in San Diego Sunday morning, according to fire officials.

The San Diego-Fire Rescue responded to a residence on Malcolm Drive around 6 a.m.

Firefighters cut off window bars until they found people inside on the rooms, according to NBC San Diego.
