NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (KNX) – A Newport Beach-based hot dog chain is rolling out plant-based options.
Wienerschnitzel is offering plant-based and meat-free protein for a limited time. The dishes are named the ‘Backyard Veggie Dog’, the ‘Barbeque Veggie Dog’, and the ‘Chicago Veggie Dog.’
It comes as several fast food chains, including Chipotle, Burger King, and KFC are rolling out meatless options for diners.
