The woman accused of shooting her own child during a road rage gunfight is about to bond out of jail.
According to sources, 26-year old Lacravivonne Washington is due to bond out of the Dallas County jail sometime Wednesday afternoon.
Washington is currently getting fitted with an ankle monitor, has to avoid alcohol, and has to submit to routine drug testing, sources say.
Police arrested Washington last month after a bizarre incident that resulted in the death of 3-year old Jalexus Washington Junior.
Police say the child was in the backseat of Washington's car when she told police she got into a road rage gunfight. She drove the boy to the hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Washington initially told police that there was no gun in the car.
She was initially arrested for tampering with evidence and bonded out of jail, but then police got tests back and determined that the child was shot at close range - and that there was a gun that was the car.
Washington was arrested again for manslaughter and three counts of endangering children.
