DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - An argument last night over a parking spot left one man dead and another in critical condition.
Dallas police responded to a shots fired call a little after 9 p.m. Friday night in the 4700 block of Stokes Street. On scene they found 28-year-old Thomas Rodriguez and a 22-year-old male suffering from gunshot wounds.
Police say a black male suspect shot both men following an disagreement over a parking spot. Rodriguez died from his injuries the other victim remains hospitalized.
