ARLINGTON (KRLD) - A Tarrant County Grand Jury has indicted Arlington Police officer Bau Tran on one count of criminally negligent homicide for the shooting death of O'Shae Terry.
The grand jury indicted Tran of criminally negligent homicide in the September 1st death of Terry. Terry attempted to flee from a traffic stop when Tran shot at the vehicle four times, killing him.
Tran has been on restricted duty since the fatal shooting. The case will now be assigned to a Tarrant County criminal district court.
