DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - The Dallas Cowboys leave for training camp in Oxnard, California today, but a lot of fans are wondering if Zeke Elliott will be on the plane.
Elliott's camp has hinted Zeke might stage a holdout to force the team to renegotiate his rookie contract which still has two years to run.
This year, Elliott is due to earn just under $4 million. Some sources suggest Elliott is seeking a five-year, $50 million deal.
The Cowboys leave Dallas for Oxnard this afternoon with plans to open camp on Saturday. The first practice is scheduled for Sunday.
