
DALLAS (KRLD) - Health officials in Dallas County are reporting that two people have died of the flu. They are the first two deaths of the flu this season.
One of the patients was 59-years-old and the other was 66. One lived in Dallas and the other lived in Garland.
County health officials are urging people to get a flu shot if they haven't already.
County clinics are offering free vaccines for kids at six locations and to adults and seniors at three locations later this month.
