DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Officials at Dallas City Hall are trying to close down an east Dallas convenience store, calling it a nuisance.
A lawsuit has been filed against a Texaco store on Ferguson Road near I-635/LBJ.
Neighbor have complained about the location, citing drug deals going down right in the open.
As reported by NBC-5, there have been 38 police calls to that address just this month.
But supporters of the store's owner blame Dallas police for slow response time.
The store is near the Dallas-Garland line and some neighbors say, if the store were in Garland, police there would deal with these drug dealers quickly.
