PLANO (1080 KRLD) - A man faces two charges of intoxication assault for an overnight pileup that closed the Dallas North Tollway for several hours.
Polce say 29-year old Ryan Sutton was booked into the Collin County jail.
The Department of Public Safety says Sutton was driving north on the Tollway when he crashed into a car, spun, and hit two other vehicles.
The drivers of those cars were both injured.
