AUSTIN (1080 KRLD) - Governor Greg Abbott says he's heartbroken over today's shooting in Odessa, calling the attack "senseless and cowardly."
Saturday night Abbott released a written statement, saying, "We offer our unwavering support to the victims, their families, and all the people of Midland and Odessa."
The governor will be in West Texas tomorrow morning to show his support to the people affected by the second deadly mass shooting West Texas has seen this month, happening just weeks after a gunman opened fire in an El Paso Walmart and killed 22 people.
