Big drama in Texas and it centers on corny dogs.

Fletcher's Original Corny Dogs have been a Texas tradition since 1942 and are an undeniable staple of the State Fair. But now, a civil war has broken out within the Fletcher Family about rights to the beloved deep-fried treat.

The Fletcher clan is suing two of its own-- a mother-daughter duo responsible for opening another brand of corny dogs called Fletch. The lawsuit against Fletch alleges "willful trademark infringement and unfair competition."

The women said they did not see the lawsuit coming because their dogs are very different from Fletcher's Original Corny Dogs, and serve healthier, hipper dogs.
