DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Feeling sick? Can't stop sneezing? It could be because of Mountain Cedar.
Some Meteorologists say today's pollen count has the highest level of Mountain Cedar so far this season!
The Mountain Cedar season generally goes from November through February. This could bring itchy eyes, runny nose, and sneezing to those with allergies.
Dr. Gary Gross with Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas you need to take steps to prevent symptoms.
"You can wash out your nose with saline nasal spray to get some of it out" says Dr. Gross."There are also a good number of over-the-counter medications that patients can take, nasal sprays as well as tablets, that reduce symptoms."
