DENTON (1080 KRLD) - Nearly three months after her gruesome death, an indictment has been unveiled naming the son of a Denton woman.
In early May, the decapitated body of Sarah Warriner was found in the Denton apartment she shared with her son Isaac Warriner.
The next day, he was tracked down in Oklahoma driving his mom's stolen car.
Although it was revealed publicly only yesterday, Warriner was actually indicted on a felony murder charge in early July.
He was initially charged only with abuse of a corpse and tampering with evidence.
