
DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - The flu-related death toll rises again in Dallas County.
Local health officials reported two more flu fatalities on Friday. Both were elderly Dallas residents. One 78-years-old, the other 88-years-old.
In all, Dallas County has had ten flu-related deaths this year. Last year, that number climbed over 80.
Authorities still reminding its not too late to get a flu shot. The vaccinations are free for children at all six immunization clinics across the county. Adults and seniors can get a free flu shot at the main Dallas County Health and Human Services building on Stemmons Freeway.
