DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A former student of the Jesuit College Preparatory School of Dallas has filed suit, claiming he was raped by a staff member in 1978.
The suit says the victim, known only as John Doe, was a freshman in 1978 when he was sexually assaulted on a trip to Mobile Alabama.
The suit says the alleged attacker was known to have sexually assaulted at least two other young boys, yet he was allowed to interact with the students. The suit does not specify damages.
