FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - The Fort Worth fire department and Medstar responded to a possible Carbon Monoxide incident in Southwest Fort Worth at a shopping center on Overton Ridge Boulevard, near Hulen and I-20 this evening.
14 patients were assessed and treated on the scene between 5 p.m. and 6:45 p.m. One was transported to a hospital.
There was another response at the same address earlier today, at the same address for a person passed out, that patient was green and was transported.
Just before 4pm FWFD crews responded to an EMS call. While treating the patient, their Carbon Monoxide detector alerted them to high levels in the building. The building was eveacuated and HazMat was called for. Crews have isolated the source and cleared the building. pic.twitter.com/Zxf3Cu2NOL
