FORT WORTH (1080 KRLD) - Fort Worth police say a woman was attacked Saturday morning and they're looking for the man responsible.
It happened between 7:30 and 7:45 am along Ten Mile Bridge near Marine Creek Reservoir.
Police say the woman was attacked from behind and knocked to the ground.
She screamed and fought with the man, but police say he struck her several times and threatened her if she didn't stay quiet.
Someone nearby heard the woman's screams and when he went over to help -- the suspect ran away.
The attacker is described as a black man in his late teens or early 20s. He's 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 140 pounds. He was wearing a blue hooded shirt at the time of the attack. Police say the Sex Crimes Unit is investigating.
