DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Dallas police don't believe any charges will be filed in yesterday's crash that killed a Good Samaritan on I-30 just west of downtown.
The chain-reaction crash started with a stalled SUV near Hampton.
A big driver named Ryan Douglas-Jacques stopped to help and was trying to hook up a chain to haul the SUV out of traffic.
Suddenly, a pick-up slammed into the SUV which, in turn, careened into Douglas-Jacques. He died at the hospital.
Police believe it was an accident and don't expect to charge the pick-up driver.
