LAS VEGAS (1080 KRLD) - A Las Vegas security guard is filing charges against the Cowboys' Zeke Elliott after all.
In May, Elliott was briefly detained -- but not arrested -- after a scuffle that ended with the security guard being pushed to the ground at a Vegas night spot. When the guard declined to press charges, the police let Elliott go.
Now, though, the guard has changed his mind, claiming Elliott's apology did not seem sincere.
But hearing that the security man has now filed a criminal complaint, Elliott's lawyers put out a statement last night saying their client is "...the target of extortion."
