GARLAND (1080 KRLD) - Garland Police are seeking help from the public in the search for 62-year-old Charles Thomas Runyon who was last seen in the 5400 block of Barcelona.
Runyon has been diagnosed with mental disorders and has trouble communicating. He is a white male, 5-feet 11-inches and 200 pounds with gray shoulder length hair with black tips.
When last seen he was wearing a black hoodie, blue jeans and brown shoes.
