DALLAS (KRLD) - Many gave their lives in the fight to keep our nation free. Others have made the ultimate sacrifice in the ongoing battle against COVID-19.
All those brave Americans will be honored Monday in the inaugural "Operation Airdrop," organized by the Fort Worth-based Airpower Foundation.
Part one of "Operation Airdrop" is scheduled to begin with a skywriting tribute and parachute jump over Fort Worth at noon on Memorial Day. At 4 p.m. Monday, the tribute will be repeated over Arlington.
