DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Amazon's presence in north Texas continues to grow.
Amazon is moving into a 419,000 square-foot distribution center in far east Dallas.
In a statement thinks the wherehouse's prime access to I-30, and the LBJ freeway and its proximity to the Dallas central business district, makes it an excellent opportunity for Amazon to meet demands from its customer.
Amazon is already the largest occupier of industrial space in the DFW area.
They are negotiating an almost 1 million square-foot warehouse deal near DFW airport that would be located in Irving.
They already has another distribution center project on the way in Frisco.
