A man's in the hospital after getting shot in northeast Dallas last night.
About 11:30 gunfire was heard at The South Pointe Apartments on Jupiter Road near Northwest Highway.
Pulling into the parking lot, police found a man bleeding from a leg wound. He was armed himself and was not willing to co-operate with the police.
Police still can't say if he was up to something.
He's under guard at the hospital until investigators get some more answers out of him.
