BURLESON (1080 KRLD) - A driver accused in a fatal hit-and-run in Burleson has now been jailed.
Monday night, a Burleson High School student named Tre Allison was killed on impact when the car he was riding in crashed into a tree.
But police say that car careened into the tree only after being struck by the car driven by Eric Padilla, who did not stop.
Police tracked Padilla down and he's now locked up on a Second-Degree Felony count of causing an accident involving a death.
