DALLAS (KRLD) - Baylor University in Waco, Texas says it's due to a surge in COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations.
Baylor will instead have a virtual ceremony on Saturday, Aug. 15th to honor May and August graduates. It will be hosted on Facebook Live beginning at 10 a.m.
There will be musical performances and remarks from academic leaders.
