DALLAS (KRLD) - New details from both Southwest and American Airlines regarding the return of the Boeing 737 Max jets.

Both airlines are now saying they expect them to return to scheduled service in March.

This as Boeing works to fix the problems after two deadly crashes.

Southwest says the Max will return to its schedule on March 6th, about a month longer than previously planned.

The Dallas-based airline says it's monitoring information from Boeing and the FAA about software improvements and pilot-training requirements.

Meanwhile, Fort Worth's American Airlines says the Max is expected to return to service one day earlier,  on March 5th.  American says once it's certified, it expects to run exhibition flights with team members and invited guests only before that date.
