Registered Dietician Roberta Anding at Baylor College of Medicine says you just have to change your dietary pattern with whole grains, nuts, olive oil, fruits, green leafy veggies berries, and fish.
Anding says, "You don't want to eat very little one day and then overeat the next. You really want to make sure that you have consistency."
She says recommends you eat breakfast with 20 to 30 grams of protein.
