DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Another major Dallas sports event has fallen because of Coronavirus.
The 2020 AT&T Byron Nelson at Trinity Forest Golf Club has been canceled.
Due to start in early May, the tournament was going to the last one played Trinity Forest. But the PGA has pulled the plug, saying the health and safety of the players and fans must be their top priority.
The PGA Championship, scheduled for the week after the Nelson, has also been canceled.
As of now, the Charles Schwab Challenge is still scheduled to begin on May 18th at Colonial Country Club in Fort Worth.
