Most of us enjoy these warm winter days in Texas. But, if you find yourself sneezing, with itchy and watery eyes, you are not alone.
Dr. Gary Gross with Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital Dallas says, "On these nice warm days when the winds come in from the South, we are all exposed to cedar pollen."
He says you can try over-the-counter antihistamines and saline nasal spray. He also suggests you wash out your nose when you are back inside and limit outdoor activity if possible.
The cedar season runs from December through mid-February.
