Restaurants like Gloria's Latin Cuisine and Costa Vida Fresh Mexican Grill enjoyed brisk business all weekend as customers embraced the chance to dine al fresco.
Colleyville is among the first North Texas cities to permit limited on-site restaurant service as long as the owners enforce proper social distancing and hygiene rules.
