AZLE (1080 KRLD) - Investigators now confirm the teenager found dead in his Azle home Monday killed himself in what police now believe was a double-murder-suicide.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner has now ruled 16-year-old Suayng Qu was found dead from a self-inflicted gunshot wound.
His parents, Harley and Xiumei Ryan were also both killed, shot in the head.
Investigators are not saying why Suayng Qu did it.
