The week isn't even over yet and already it's the deadliest in Dallas County when it comes to people with coronavirus.
Dallas County health officials reported 1,195 new positive coronavirus cases on Friday, along with 13 additional deaths.
"Today's 13 deaths mean that this week will be our deadliest thus far regardless of tomorrow's numbers" said Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins.

— Clay Jenkins (@JudgeClayJ) July 17, 2020With the 13 additional deaths, the total is now 514. Two of the victims reported today were only in their 20s. They did have high risk health conditions, according to officials.
Jenkins says the county is close to a record-high when it comes to the number of people in Dallas County hospitals.
