Dallas County Reporting 254 Additional Cases Of Coronavirus

Dallas County is reporting 254 additional cases of coronavirus today, bringing the total to 12,347.

The county is not reporting any additional deaths, and the county-wide number stands at 264.

Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins says today's numbers are a slight decrease from yesterday and he's hopeful the increase we saw in the last few days was because of testing in nursing homes.

He does say hospitalizations and ER visits for COVID-19 remain flat. He points out, anyone involved in a protest more than five days ago can get a free test at the AAC, Ellis David Field House, Red Bird Mall or Inspired Vision Compassion Center.
