DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Dallas County health officials reported today 224 new positive cases of coronavirus in the county, along with 1 additional death.
The man who died was in his 60s and lived in Grand Prairie. His death brings the total number of deaths in the county to 177.
A total of 7,679 people in Dallas County have tested positive for the virus.
Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins says today's numbers continue a slight downward trend, but says the county still has significant community spread.
