Dallas County Reports 7 Deaths, 183 New Positive Coronavirus Cases

DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - In Dallas County 7 more people with coronavirus have died.  The victims include men and women in their 50s, 60s, 80s and 90s from Lancaster, Dallas and Mesquite. 

Three of the victims lived in long-term care facilities, according to Dallas County Health officials.


The county is also reporting an additional 183 new cases,  bringing the total to 8,273.

Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins says the numbers continue a trend we're seeing of less positive cases. 

He says hospital beds, ICU admissions and emergency room visits for COVID-19 symptoms have remained flat.  203 people have died in Dallas County.
