A former engineering teacher at the Emmett Conrad High School in the Dallas School District has been indicted for the sexual assault of a child and for an improper relationship between an educator and a student, court records say.
Flores was Academy of Engineering Lead Teacher, according to a school district web site. He taught AC/ DC Circuits, CIM, Digital Electronics, Principles of Engineering.
The victim was a 16-year old Dallas ISD student, according to a Garland Police news release.
