DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Dallas County Judge Clay Jenkins is offering business owners a "Stay Safe Business" classification in return for the business promising to follow his guidelines for a phased-in approach to reopening after Coronavirus shut-downs.
Earlier this week, Jenkins outlined a color coded chart to give businesses guidance for safe practices.
Responding to reporters' questions, Jenkins said he believes businesses have done a good job of operating safely during the restrictions over the past couple of months.
