DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - Dallas police have made another arrest in connection with the murder of 9-year-old Brandoniya Bennett.
The little girl was gunned down in her apartment in Old East Dallas August 14th.
Police say after interviewing 19-year-old Davonte Benton they arrested him on a capital murder charge.
Tyrese Simmons turned himself in to police the day after the shooting. He's also charged with capital murder in the girl's death.
