GARLAND (1080 KRLD) - A Dallas teacher is locked up in a child sex investigation in Garland.
Dallas Conrad High School teacher Robert Flores was arrested at his Garland home yesterday.
The string of charges includes Online Solicitation of a Minor, Sexual Assault of a Child and engaging in an Improper Relationship Between Educator and Student.
The teenager police believe to be the victim is a 16-year-old Dallas student.
