DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A Dallas woman is up on charges after her four-year-old son was found wandering on the I-20 service road in southwest Dallas over the weekend.
A Good Samaritan saw the toddler and brought him to her apartment while calling 911.
Police tracked down the mother who told them the little boy "gets out all the time."
Sarah Emrick was arrested on charges of abandoning or endangering a child.
The boy is now staying with his father.
