DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - The Dallas Zoo has welcomed a new member of the zoo family. A baby zebra was born there on Jan. 6.
This is the first Hartmann's mountain zebra born at the Dallas Zoo.

January 21, 2020 The little guy is doing great, he was up walking an nursing within an hour of being born.
Mom is Keeya, dad is Saba but so far the zoo has not released the name of the newborn. The zoo says expect that announcement soon.
