DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - A dozen Dallas schools remain closed today due to Sunday's tornado.
Three of the schools are closed through the end of the school year including Thomas Jefferson High School, Cary Middle School an d Walnut Hill Elementary.
Three others; Burnet, Cigarroa and Pershing elementaries are damaged so badly that they'll be closed for the rest of this week.
And, just after 4 a.m. today Dallas school administrators confirmed a half-dozen schools will remain closed at least through today due to either damage or power outages. They are Hillcrest High School, Medrano and Frankllin middle schools, Kramer and Joe May elementaries and Dealey Montessori.
