DALLAS (1080 KRLD) - The driver accused in the drunk-driving crash that killed a former Dallas City Council member is now out on bond.

Jonathon Moore was released yesterday but is under orders to wear an ankle monitor.

In July, was permitted to remove an ankle monitor mandated because of a previous DWI conviction.

Five days later he was arrested and accused of DWI in the wrong-way crash that killed former Dallas Councilwoman Carolyn Davis and her adult daughter.
